I see only one item. Do you sell anything else?

The answer is NO. There is only one item being sold at a time, for 24 hours. To offer you the best price in the market (tell me if there is a better price), we get a lot of stock and sell large volume. We release our new product at 12PM AEST sharp, seven days a week, 365 days a year. If a product sells out during its run, a new item will not appear until the next release time.

What if I missed the last deal? Can I still get the item?

Sorry, once the deal has gone, it's gone. We might get more later if we are lucky, but that's not guaranteed.

Okay, tell me how to secure your deals

The easiest way? Well, you just come to visit our website everyday, as early as possible.

Can't be bothered? We send out emails to notify our members about each new deal. You can also receive the email by subscribing to our newsletter (at the bottom of this page or left of the product page).

How do I return a defective product?

If both of us are in bad luck, we will try our best to help you out. Contact us at sales@easytoys.com.au and we will let you know the details of our solution. You could either get a refund or a replacement, unless the product is out of warranty.

Ordering

What payment options do I have?

You don't need to give me your credit card details. We hire PayPal to handle it. It should take your VISA, MasterCard and American Express with no problem. We do not accept cheques, money orders, uncut gemstones, or broken promises.

Which couriers do you use? What happens if I'm not at home for the delivery?

We use Australia Post and Australian Air Express for most of our orders. To make sure the item arrives safely, we also use their tracking system. If no one is at home to sign the delivery, a note will be left and you can pick the item up from a local post office.

How soon will my order ship?

In general, you can expect your order to be shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed Monday–Friday before 2PM AEST generally ship the same day. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will generally ship on the following Monday. You will receive an email confirmation containing the tracking number of your package on the day your item ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment. Currently, we only ship within Australia.
